Bob Whitney is nationally known for his cutting-edge photography style in both portrait and fashion photography. He became one of the first in the country to start using the computer as a creative tool to take control of his own retouching in the '90s while working for Fender Guitars producing ads with artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, and Kenny Olsen with Kid Rock. Bob studied photography and design in Tempe at Al Collins Art School on a scholarship he won with his album design skills. Bob graduated Valedictorian. He refined his craft while employed by Fender Guitars in Scottsdale, AZ, being Fender's Art Director for 10 years. Bob has a way of reaching the depth of the soul and capturing emotion in each image he creates.
